Job Description:

1. Preparation of Project Quality, Format and other QA/QC reports, MIS for Mechanical works.
2. Preparation, Review & Approval of Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) for QA/QC activities.
3. Preparation of Quality Procedures/Method Statements.
4. Lead Auditor/Auditor for Quality Management System ( ISO 9001)
5. Monitor & Conduct Internal Audits. 
6. Preparation of WPS, PQR & WPQ.
7. CSWIP or AWS Welding Inspector /Welding Engineer
8. Certified Painting Inspector(BGAS/NACE)
9. ASNT NDT Level II in RT,UT,MT,PT .
10. Knowledge of Destructive testing
11. Familiarity with Different International Codes of Construction, Welding & Testing.
12. Knowledge in Installation of Different Material Handling Equipments like Stacker Reclaimer,Wagon tippler,Pulleys & Conveyors etc.[Exclusively for Guinea Project]
13. Knowledge in Thermal Power Plant Construction.[Exclusively for Rwanda Project] 
14. Good communication & Liaisioning Skills. 
15. Leadership Quality
16. Knowledge of Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection Checks.
17. Preparation & Clearance of Turnover Packages.

CANDIDATES HAVING EXPERIENCE OF WORKING ABROAD IS REQUIRED. THOSE WORKING / WORKED IN AFRICAN REGION PREFERRED. EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENTATION SKILLS ARE PRE-REQUISITE FOR THE POSITION
