Key Responsibility Areas

Promotes the development of the ‘brokers’/intermediator’ network and outside consultants.
Negotiation with brokers, landlords, etc.
Understand how McDonald's operate with standardized system in a profitable way.
Identify landlords, negotiate the best real estate terms for HRPL.
Engage, leverage and manage pre approved brokers, consultants to deliver opening plan.
Coordinate with other inter departments on specific terms and
