Job Description:

1. Should be able to read and comprehend the working drawings, and should be able to work out quantities independently.
2. Should be able to prepare material reconciliation statement including sub-contractors/PRW wise.
3. Checking of Sub contractors bills.
4. Preparation & Submission of Client bills.
5. Preparation of Variations Orders.
6. Calculation of price Adjust Statement.
7. Making of material Advance Statement.
8. Preparation of Royalty statement.
9. Preparations of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity estimation.
10. Preparation of strip charts for execution of works.
11. Workout the rate payable for extra items.
12. Drafting of Contractual letters.
13. Should be able to prepare DPR/ WPR/ MPR for RO / HO & Clients.
