- Should be able to read and comprehend the working drawings, and should be able to work out quantities independently.
- Should be able to prepare material reconciliation statement including sub-contractors/PRW wise.
- Checking of Sub contractors bills.
- Preparation & Submission of Client bills.
- Preparation of Variations Orders.
- Calculation of price Adjust Statement.
- Making of material Advance Statement.
- Preparation of Royalty statement.
- Preparations of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity estimation.
- Preparation of strip charts for execution of works.
- Workout the rate payable for extra items.
- Drafting of Contractual letters.
- Should be able to prepare DPR/ WPR/ MPR for RO / HO & Clients.
