Requirement for Engineers in Leading Real estate Development company at Multiple Location.

1.Construction Manager
Having years of Exp. 10 - 15 yrs
The candidate should have exposure in executing Large Scale reputed Construction & Real Estate Projects.
Should be capable of handling residential, villas, high rise and commercial buildings

2.Shuttering Foreman - Construction
Having 5+ year of experience as shuttering foreman.
Expertise in Shear Wall Technology with exposure in high rise buildings 20+ floors.
Experience in shear wall formwork system its various components.
Understanding the drawings.
Effective management of the materials.
Training the carpenters to get best quality & getting desired slab cycle time through proper planning.

Achieving the required repetitions of the materials.

3.DGM / AGM

The Candidate should have experience in Construction industry of which 3 years should be as a head of the project preferably in high rise buildings, commercial complexes, Capable of handling 20 lakhs sq. ft. of construction at a time, leading a team of engineers and responsible for delivering projects with desired quality with approved budged and schedule.
The Candidates working for reputed and established Construction and Infrastructure companies only will be considered.

4.Manager - Electric
BE/ B. Tech or Diploma in EEE with 10 to 12 Years of experience in residential and commercial projects.
 Must handle Internal & External electrification works, BMS, CCTV etc.
Must have experience in planning, coordination, bill certifications, drawings, execution etc.
Worked for Mivan shuttering related projects will add weight to the profile.
