Job Description:
- Review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure all typical details, cross sections, dimensions etc. as required for execution are available
- Ensure the latest version of GFC drawings are utilized for execution by the vendors
- Highlight discrepancies if any in drawings with respect to site condition during execution
- Construction Management:
- Monitor site survey and levels and ensure proper documentation as per the manual.
- Ensure various tests on concrete, steel, structural and faade works.
- Ensure inspection of terminal roofing works as per the approved design including coordinating for smooth transfer of sheeting materials and erecting equipment. Installation of fall arrester and faade cleaning system at PTB roof.
- Coordinate with CISF team at gate houses for material movement.
- Monitor Safety & Quality aspects and ensure the contractor meets the contractual obligations.
- Monitor the progress of works as per the construction schedule
- Implementation of HSE as per the ISO norms
- Documentation:
- Prepare and report day to day work schedules
- Prepare DPR, MPR for project reviews and necessary follow up with the contractors to catch up with the delays.
- Contract Closure
- Certify the contractors and the vendor Invoices/ bills in line with the works executed.
