Requirement for KEC International Ltd is a global infrastructure Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) major with presence across Power Transmission & Distribution, Cables, Railways, Water, Renewable and Civil. We have powered infrastructure development in over 61+ countries across the World and successfully executed projects in inhospitable terrains.
Job Description:
1. Actively contribute in the Preparation of ‘Project Schedule’.
2. Prepare detailed ‘Project execution Plan’ & ‘Resource plan’ for all services.
3. Prepare ‘Utility layout’ in coordination with other project engineering disciplines.
4. Prepare ‘Estimates’ for ‘Utility equipments, Piping, HVAC, Cooling towers, Water treatment plant, Oil storage system’ & related work.
5. Training of project engineers.
6. Coordinate with Engineering consultant for ‘Utility & efficient distribution system design’.
7. Coordinate with utility equipment suppliers & ensure timely release of technical data required for ‘Utility & Civil design’.
8. Ensure minimum ‘Project construction cost’ by efficient civil design of Utility & optimizing the specifications. Should benchmark with similar industries.
9. Should adapt modern concepts to optimise Capex cost & operational cost of the plant.
10. Coordinate with other disciplines to collect all the required data required for the ‘Utility & Distribution system design’.
11. Identify potential project risks & prepare risk mitigation plan.
12. Compare & finalize ‘Mechanical & Piping contractor’/other related vendors.
13. Ensure safe, efficient & effective project management at site.
14. Coordinate with other project disciplines for smooth execution of the project.
15. Prioritize & Prepare ‘Utility distribution system’ considering the ‘Plant Equipment commissioning schedule’.
16. Ensure timely support for the ‘Erection/Commissioning of Plant equipment's’ as per project schedule.
17. Establish all Utility equipment's and parameters as per agreed ‘Specification & Performance acceptance criteria’.
18. Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements by all the contractors at the site.
19. Maintain safe & clean working environment by enforcing company procedures, rules, & regulations.
20. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing & summarizing day to day information.
21. Ensure timely bill certification of all contractors.
22. React promptly & effectively to any changes in the project assumptions.
23. Strictly implement change management system.
24. Ensure complete execution of project within specification, quality, timeline & cost.
25. Ensure smooth handover of the plant as per agreed procedure with implementation of all deliverable. To apply via Company Website
