Job Description:

1. Responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget and meet all stakeholder expectations.
2. Identify and manage all risks associated with the business and ensure that the departmental managers assess risk, identify risk reduction measures and implement them effectively while managing the project.
3. Make decisions to initiate resources and ensure the key resources including adequately trained and qualified staff are made available to allow the project to progress smoothly.
4. Direct key members of the project team for the management of the Contract.
5. Approve material orders, subcontracts, Quality Management System documentation and any subsequent changes.
6. Establish a constructive working relationship with the Client / Engineer and his representatives to develop a basis of mutual trust and respect.
7. Set an example so that the work is carried out according to quality and safety standards of the company. 
8. Responsible for recording/documenting all project related innovative methods or techniques adopted along-with the cost savings enabled as a result of the same.
9. Responsible for ensuring that the systems and processes of the company are strictly followed.
10. Supervise the departmental managers and provide all necessary support to the teams.
11. Co-ordinate with all departments on resource issues relating to the project.
