Job Description:

1. Candidate shall be well versed in quality aspects of MEP works 
2. Conducting regular site inspections with subcontractors quality managers
3. Inspecting and validating compliance of the quality procedure in MEP execution
4. Sending daily /weekly quality report to all subcontractors
5. Shall possess the sound knowledge in quality aspects of electrical and mechanical system installation and commissioning works
6. Candidate shall have good written and verbal communication and shall interact with client directly on quality aspects of MEP works
7. Following up with all the subcontractors and ensuring the closure of quality observations raised during quality inspection 
8. Shall have knowledge in standards like ASHRE,SMACNA,IS codes and other standards related to MEP works
9. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance of work with specifications and approved drawings & material.
10. Candidate will be single point contact with client regarding quality aspects of MEP works.
