Job Description:

1. To Manage the Operations and Maintenance activities of IGIA Baggage Handling System, as per customer expectations and OMDA requirements in compliance with OMDA, ICAO, DGCA, BCAS and TSA regulations along with maintaining the serviceability and Availability above 99.5%
2. The main objective of Manager –Airport systems is to provide guidance to team down the line so that all systems are maintained at the desired serviceability & availability levels as per requirement and ensure that all customers i.e. Stakeholders/Pax/Airlines/Customs/Immigrations and CISF’s expectations are met on a timely manner.
3. Looking after Projects, maintenance & procurement works related to Baggage Handling System to ensure the smooth operation of package at all the time.
4. Conducting training program for the team and to develop Talent pipeline and succession planning at each level.
5. Maintaining Serviceability >99.5 % moving towards zero pending complaints with complete RCA and to Prepare data analysis for Condition Based Monitoring.
