Job Description:

1. Handling of 5 6 L&Tites team 
2. Handling & controlling team of 60+ associates.
3. Monitoring of claim processing.
4. Periodic review of processes 
5. Periodic training to new joinees & existing associates
6. Reporting of suspicious cases to appropriate authority & follow-up
7. ISO documentation & compliance
8. Monitoring Team productivity / SLA.
9. Resolving Critical Help queries & escalations
10. Development & improvement of in-house systems, monitoring.
11. Appraisal of team members (L&Tites)
12. Associate recruitment, Evaluation & Appraisal.
13. Clearing of old hold cases
14. Co-ordination with Senior Officials for speedy / timely settlement
15. Discussion & Interactions with Internal Customers
16. Arrangement of Demos & Camps at Unit premises
17. Periodic report preparation & MIS data
18. Preparation for Monthly Review Meetings
19. Audit co-ordination.
20. Co-ordination with SSC Mumbai, PAC & Unit Accounts.
21. Data collection & preparation of Presentations.
22. Candidate with hands-on experience on automating processes & thus increasing the efficiency & effectiveness of the process are preferred.
23. Sound Accounting knowledge & experience of handling various activities of Accounts. People handling.
24. Should have experience of working in BPO/KPO
