Job Description:

1. Leading and mentoring the team of CSCM Buyers
2. Evaluation of quotations and negotiations with vendors for Contract and PO finalization
3. Coordination with procurement personnel from ICs/SBGs/SBUs for desired purchase/spend data and vendor and category wise analysis as deemed fit
4. Capturing and effectively leveraging market and cost trends
5. Procurement/SCM Initiators and Function Heads from Corporate and HO departments
6. Procurement/SCM initiators and Functional Heads from ICs across L&T Group
7. Top/Senior personnel of corporate functions like Legal, CIT, T&H, PGM, Corporate F&A, Internal Controls, SSC, CHR etc.
8. Top/senior personnel of vendor organizations
