Job Description:

1. Developing technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Work is performed with minimal direction.
2. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. Shall oversee the work of less experienced Engineers and Designers.
3. Discuss and understand complete scope of work and the specific project requirements and set up a team to execute the work in a given time frame.
4. Monitor closely the design /drawings and all relevant documents to ensure quality of output.
5. Provide high level technical expertise when applying structural engineering principles, techniques and methods to the planning and design of building services projects.
6. Ensure all quality and environmental aspects of the project are identified and addressed to maintain effective operation and project delivery.
7. Discuss and understand complete scope of work and the specific project requirements and set up a team to execute the work in a given time frame.
8. Monitor closely the design /drawings and all relevant documents to ensure quality of output.
9. Provide high level technical expertise when applying structural engineering principles, techniques and methods to the planning and design of building services projects.
10. Ensure all quality and environmental aspects of the project are identified and addressed to maintain effective operation and project delivery.
11. Experience in retail and hospitality medium to large projects.
12. Experience in leading project teams.
