Job Description:

1. Maintenance of machines in plant like CNC machines, Mechanical Press, SPM, Drilling, Tapping machine, Test Benches, Cranes, Compressor, Utilities like Ventilation System, WTP, STP, ETP, RO plant.
2. It includes Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance, AMCs of various equipments, Getting all kind of work done from Dept Fitters, Electrician & contractor.
3. Work Continuously to increase MTBF & reduce MTTR, Effective Preventive & Planned maintenance
4. Complying all processes as per ISO9001, OHSAS, EnMS as per Plant Manual.
5. Active participation & implementation of 5S, TPM, Kaizan in Plant. Well conversant with 5S, TPM, Kaizan, Lean etc. Manufacturing excellance techniques. 
6. compliance for ISO & Statutory requirement, Wherever required for plant like calibration of eqpts, Testing of Cranes, material handling eqpts, Lifts etc.
