Job Description:

1. Handling P&FF projects with a team of Site supervisors
2. Study P&FF tender document along with tender drawings and verify material specifications, supplied by the contractor.
3. Review & approval of P&FF shop drawings 
4. Supervise P&FF installations to ensure compliance with tender specifications.
5. Prepare in-progress snag lists
6. Quantity verification of material supplied by the contractor for execution of works based on approved shop drawings. 
7. Planning and scheduling of activities to be done over a period of a week / month / quarter / year. 
8. Ensuring that the schedule is adhered to. 
9. Verification of P&FF contractors Bills & rate analysis for non tender items 
10. Correspondence, co-ordination and participating in Site progress review meetings with Consultant, Architect, Client & Contractor to try and ensure that pre-decided schedules are met with.
11. Participation in testing & commissioning of P&FF systems.
12. Preparation of final snag list and certification of completion after snags are rectified by the contractor
13. Review & approval of As-Built drawings and Operation & Maintenance manuals 
14. Assistance to client during handing over of P&FF system
