Job Description:

A. Pre-tender Stage:
1. Studying the buildability/constructability of the structure & deciding the suitable methods and/or specialized systems to be adopted for various elements
2. Preparing/reviewing the constructions schedule including finishing
3. Preparing/reviewing formwork costing.

B. Post-tender Stage:
1. Finalizing the PSE referring to the tender working
2. Finalizing the schedule for the projects
3. Working out the variance between tender & actuals
4. Finalizing the mobilization plan for the formwork components
C. Operations:
1. Providing continuous technical support to the project sites through site visits, trainings etc. for smooth progress
2. Designing formworks & issuing schemes for the special structural elements in the project & monitoring its implementation
3. Monitoring the productivity of labour & system for the projects
4. Monitoring the Shuttering Usage Ratio (SUR) for the projects
5. Monitoring the performance of special systems deployed on the various projects
6. Working out the operational cost for the projects & monitoring against the PSE provisions
7. Resolving mobilization/demobilization issues for smooth progress/closure of the projects
8. Resource augmentation & tracking against PSE provisions
9. Tracking the usage of consumable components on projects
10. Imparting training to the Engineers in Regions for smooth run of the projects
