Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

• Leading a team of Graduate Engineers and CAD designers for the design tasks
• Managing the project programme ensuring good quality of deliverables

Candidate Specification

Candidate should –
 

• be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
• have 5 to 6 years of experience in high rise buildings/shopping malls/hotels and other commercial buildings
• be proficient in HVAC software like HAP, HEVACOMP etc for calculating space cooling and heating loads,
• ducting and piping design, equipment selection, ventilation systems, smoke extraction system, car park/kitchen ventilation system, stairwell pressurization, Bill of Quantities, technical specifications, checking of drawings and schematics, familiar with international standards like ASHRAE, BS,CIBSE,SMACNA etc.
• have the capability of handlings projects individually and leading a team of CAD designers 
• have good communication skills and a professional attitude towards work
• Experience in BIM platform will be an added advantage
