Eligibility Criteria: 

1. Responsible for achieving the budgeted sales volume target of the assigned periodically.
2. The candidate has to meet the Builders, EPC, Painters and Architects to get business for Nippon Paint
3. The candidate should have strong relationship with the builders, painters and Architects
4. Responsible to control Outstanding/ Over dues by vigilantly monitoring the customers
5. To build pipeline projects for achieving sustainable business growth consistently
6. To ensure higher contribution from premium Exterior Emulsion products
7. To adhere the process of Documentation(Sales and Execution)
8. The candidate should be 6- 12 years of experience in Project Sales 
9. The person has to handle 5-6 people and should posses leadership qualities.
10. 10. Should be excellent in communication skill
11. Industry Preferred: Paint / Building Materials Industry (Tiles, Pipes, Sanitary & Bath Fittings, Ply Woods, Glass, Wires & Cables, Low Voltage Switchgear,etc) 
12. The candidate should be below 40 years of Age
13. Any Degree with Minimum 6-12 years experience in Project Sales is must
14. Industry Preferred: Paint / Building Materials Industry (Paint, Tiles, Pipes, Sanitary & Bath Fittings, Ply Woods, Glass, Wires & Cables, Low Voltage Switchgear,etc) 
15. Salary & Benefits : Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates
