Requirement of MEP Engineer | GBRN PROJECTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED | 2 - 7 yrs | Pune

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
1) Design of HVAC, Water Supply, drainage & firefighting ventilation other mechanical system.
2) Heat load calculation with HAP, Hevacomp or IES, ventilation calculation, water supply sizing & drainage calculation.
3) Able to calculate the pressure drop calculation for duct & pipes.
4) Equipment capacity sizing & selection of equipments.
5) MEP coordination & checking.
6) Certify the layout / model in Revit/ CAD.
7) Safety installations and Security installations.
8) Ensure the drawings and specifications are available to site in accordance with the timelines.
9) Monitor and track the submittal and review of the shop drawings. Report on review status at weekly project status meetings.
10) Coordinate the HVAC, Plumbing & fire-fighting drawings with other MEP drawings.
11) Report on long lead HVAC, Plumbing & fire-fighting equipment.
12) Attend weekly design development and coordination meetings with the stakeholders. Prompt response and report on open HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting drawing issues including RFI from site and their closure.
13) Design of HVAC, Plumbing & fire-fighting system for high rise residential buildings and construction components of the project. Approval of coordinated GFC drawings, shop drawings and As Built drawings.
