Job Description:

1. Prepare the weekly / monthly progress reports to superior/ client with the guidance of Planning Team.
2. Monitor and drive the contractor to complete the projects in within scheduled time .
3. Ensure the works comply with the Contract specification requirements.
4. Ensure the quality of work within time frame completion.
5. Attending the material Inspection.
6. Inspection and witnessing of construction activities and testing.
7. Issuing of NCR if found deviation in technical spec and work practice.
8. Issuing site instruction as per client order.
9. should have at least 8-10 years of experience and have worked in residential/ group housing projects.
10. Experience in similar kind of project is must with BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical) background.
11. Proven skills in challenging assignment as MEP professional.
12. Preferred Qualifications 
13. Post graduate degree in engineering.
14. Working experience as a team leader or project manager for well know organization .
