Job Description :

1. Determine cost estimate during the design and development process & recommending cost effective solutions.
2. Analyse drawings and prepare detailed BOQ with specifications.
3. Computes costs by analysing labour, material and time requirements.
4. Provide clear and detailed quantity take offs.
5. Organize sub-contractors quotations & negotiate to ensure quotes meet contract budget.
6. Understand contractual terms & conditions and prepare project budget accordingly.
7. Provide and maintain unit pricing and database for material and labour costing.
8. Prepare Item Rate Analysis.
9. Complete budgeting and scheduling for projects and track same.
10. Monitor requisition change orders and identify any potential risks.
11. Gathering quotes from sub-contractors and supplies & Researching materials, equipment and labour costs.
