Requirement for Project Manager Construction Projects in Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Private Limited, The SPCL first Indian Construction Company to possess ISO 9001:2000 certification with International Ops. in Middle East, Gayana, and Afghanistan. Job Description:

1. Ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects end to end from Pune. Right from commencement of the project till the final billing / demobilisation of the project, the candidate would be the process owner.
2.  Incumbent should be able to perform independently functions of construction planning, execution of the project, trouble shooting of issues, handle QA QC, HSE, Erection activities, billing (client & contractors), knowledge of contracts and claims management, financial management, liasioning with various stakeholders (government, client, consultant, if required) and cost controlling.
3. Incumbent will manage multiple site in charges / Site managers across various sites of the company.
