Job Description:

1. To assist in the budgeting, estimation and cost analysis of all projects.
2. To track and review the project progress vis--vis cost estimation on ongoing basis.
3. To assist in preparation and evaluation of tenders.
4. To carry out cost optimization of the projects.
5. To work out innovative methods for cost estimation, costing techniques and corrective modules. 
6. To benchmark for maximum value addition of each project in collaboration with Engineering, contracts and site personnel.
7. To prepare schedule in MSP / SAP.
8. To implement Quantity Estimation package.
9. To monitor Project Progress in SAP.
10. To prepare MIS reports on monthly basis.1. Knowledge of costing, estimation, 
11. knowledge of rate analysis of various items, Labour & Material 
12. Value engineering expertise for adopting best possible strategies
13. Computer Savvy with knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP.
