Avenue Supermarts Ltd (ASL) owns and operates supermarkets and hypermarkets under the brand name D-Mart.

Job Description:

1. Checking correctness of drawings as per Local Municipal norms, Design co-ordination with external consultant must. Liaise Exp. will be added advantage.
2. Should have thorough knowledge of good construction practices & construction materials.
3. Ensure timely MIS Reports 
4. Should have good exposure to design of commercial buildings.
5. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Google sketch-up and Revit (optional)
6. Shall be responsible to co-ordinate with all internal dept. viz Execution, MEP, Commercial, liaison, Finance for timely deliverables
7. Wherever required shall co-ordinate with Developers to ensure Dmart specifications are explained & adhered to by the developer
8. Should be a team worker & have Good communication skills
9. MS office, Autocad & 3D sketch up knowledge.
10. Well versed with Building Rules & Regulations.
11. Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ & Working Drawings
12. Mandatory: First class in Barch.
