1. Development & Implementation of the BPM applications/software 
2. Support & Maintenance of the application. 
3. Build a small team for support for BPM support activity
4. Production deployments
5. Support to Omani doc application
6. Experience : 1-2 years, experience on the JAVA programming, Technical Qualification Hands on experience in JAVA & programming knowledge, Also have the knowledge database & PL/SQL.
7. Should be supporting and guiding nature, learning attitude Team Player
8. JAVA Programming 
9. PL/SQL development (development knowledge) on any database preferable MS SQL
10. Should have worked on at least one projects on JAVA platform
