Job Description:

1. Preparation of estimation of proposed design works. 
2. Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for supply and installation of electrical works.
3. Preparation of budget w.r.t project.
4. Coordinate with architecture, PHE, HVAC for electrical design.
5. Preparation electrical layout for Villas, like Lighting, Power, earthing, Cable Trays, etc..
6. Quantity take off for conduits, wires, cables, DBs, light Fixtures, Switch & sockets earthing etc.
7. Preparation of material indent in ERP.
8. Calculation of electrical load based on actual requirement.
9. Selection of Cable, MCCB, MCB.
10. Calculation of Voltage Drop.
11. Review of Vendor GA drawings of LT Panels, Light fixture technical Data etc. for subject project.
12. Preparing Technical submittal for approved makes.
13. Preparation QTY take off of the approved shop drawings for procurement clearance.
14. Preparation of cable schedule, DB summary etc. 
15. Co-ordination with Consultant / Client for design clarification / approvals.
16. Coordinating with Project team for any site related issues.
17. Design checking with respect to tender specification & BOQ.
18. Sizing of cable trays, cable trench and raceway based on actual requirement.
19. Generating the Indent considering the approved technical submittal & Qty Estimated as per approved drawings by using ERP software.
20. Preparation of NT Items for the project.
21. Preparation of Electrical shop drawings of Main SLD, Lighting & Power,
22. Transformer yard, DG room & Main Electrical room layout based on
23. Approved material technical submittals.
24. Proper documentation of drawings and submittals (Drawing & Technical). 
25. Preparation of shop drawings.
