Construction Manager - Main Contractor - Stadium,Type: Design
Our client, who is a major international engineering contractor, requires an experienced Construction Manager to join them on an exciting stadium project on a permanent basis in Qatar. A successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of design, and delivering a project on a brand new football stadium, which will be used in the knockout stages of the tournament.
Job Description :

1. Management of the entire construction project
2. Monitor progress against programme, and report to the project team
3. Liaise with client, contractor and government authorities
4. The Requirements
5. MUST have worked on 1+ Stadiums recognised by FIFA/UEFA
6. MUST have experience working with or liaising with government
7. GCC Experience
8. BSc qualified
9. Sufficient experience in design and build projects
10. Must have mega project experience
11. The position comes with an extremely competitive Ex-pat package including basic salary, housing allowance, company car, medical and tickets.
