Job Description:

1. Obtaining requisite Labor Licences at project Site
2. Maintaining Registers as per BOCW, Contract Labor Act and Other prevailing acts at project site.
3. Liaison with Local Government bodies,
4. Any other Statutory compliance requirement at site,
5. Prepare and Schedule the Statutory Requirement and take corrective action as per Law,
6. Compliance under various provisions of BOCW Act/ Rules and OHSAS Audit,
7. Compliance under various provisions of EPF / ESIC / ISMW /EC Act/ Rules 8) Monthly HR-MIS Reports,
