Job Description:

1. To carry out 3D modeling and drafting work for the assigned areas/ items such as Equipment foundations, Machine foundations, Pipe Racks, Equipment Structures, Buildings etc. 
2. To carry out work for Material Take Off. To check/review fabrication drawings and comment.
3. Should have sound concepts of Civil and structural engineering especially with respect to steel and RC detailing. 
4. Exposure to 3D modeling and drafting for Foundations / structures and other civil works such as pits/ponds for refinery/petrochemicals or power plants is required.
5. Shall have hand-on experience and expertise in operating AutoCAD/ Microstation. 
6. Exposure to other drafting software such as PDMS draft, Smartsketch etc. will be desirable. . Shall have necessary skills and knowledge to prepare layout and detail drawings for Foundation and RC/ Steel structures. 
7. Working in integrated 3D environment including interface with other departments and vendors. 
8. Exposure to any one plant deign system viz. PDS, PDMS or SP-3D is essential. Essential soft skills include written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills and people management skills. 
9. Exposure to review of Fabrication Drawings/ Bar bending schedules and skills in using Tekla Viewer will be desirable.
