Job Description:

1. Comprehensive planning of Project including Design and Development, coupled with liaisoning works for various project approvals from authorities and value engineering to ensure budget and market commitments.
2. Monitor the flow of development activities to ensure completion of architectural work
3. Coordination with various consultants along with site coordination through various stages of construction in terms of RFI resolution, monitoring project schedules and timelines.
4. Production of GFCs and tender drawings and evaluation of BOQs for civil quantities
5. Perform an array of administrative duties related to RFPs, consultant selection, contract finalization, amendments and bills.
6. Should be preferably working in Gurugram and good knowledge of Huda bylaws.
