Job Description:

1. Rate Analysis.
2. Estimation of Quantities.
3. Reconciliation of owner supplied materials.
4. Coordinating with Vendors.
5. Finalizing the contract with sub contractors
6. Finalizing the Sub-contractor..
7. Forecasting demand for Contracts & materials
8. Understanding of appointed contractors commercial issues if any& addressing them.
9. Tracking work front availability vis--vis commitment to contractor & co-coordinating with const. mgmt. for necessary addressed of issues thereto.
10. Tracking contractor/vendor resources vis--vis plan/requirements. Highlighting likely failures in advance.
11. Preparing work orders in SAP system.
12. Market scan & Benchmarking of Price trends, products, Technologies &performance.
13. Drive Standardization & value Engineering with internal & external stakeholders.
14. Tender/RFQ float,negotiation & award.
15. Commercial negotiations & rate/terms finalization for materials.
