Job Description:

1. B.Tech/M.Tech in industrial engineering with 3-5 years of experience.
2. Should be capable of devising methods for improving man power productivity in the area of facility management of large scale residential gated communities.
3. Design effective incentive schemes to motivate manpower for better productivity.
4. Fix standard bench marks and parameters for assessing manpower requirement for various facility management activities.
5. This position is a typical requirement and candidate who are genuinely interested to make a career in facility management only NEED TO APPLY.
6. It is a challenging position with excellent growth prospects in facility management Industry.
7. Good communication, presentation and Inter personal skills are essential.
8. Freshers may also apply for Trainee position.
