Job Description:

1. Meeting monthly/quarterly/annual targets (quantitative and qualitative) and other KPIs as assigned.
2. Strengthening of business relationships with HZL Sites/Contractors/HZL HQ and Hindustan Copper Ltd 
3. The person will need to constantly hunt for opportunities in CE-UOP and close deals
4. Improving customer share with HZL/Hindustan Copper Ltd and Contractors 
5. Focus on enhancing market shares for the portfolio of MR products.
6. Motivating customers towards shifting to new technology (in co-operation with Marketing)
7. Sales development activities in the territory.
8. Effective communication/co-ordination with Marketing.
9. Keeping control on Receivables.
10. Graduate Degree in Mechanical / Mining or Civil Engineering. Candidate having a post graduate qualification in Management will have an advantage.
11. Should have good knowledge of the Mining and Rock Excavation products and applications. The Territory Manager is the single point of contact for end user and hence must have strong technical and commercial expertise so as to function with minimal guidance from Regional Manager.
