Requirement for Hindustan Construction Company Ltd, HCC is a business group of global scale developing and building responsible infrastructure through next practices. Job Description:

1. Corporate Finance: Loan syndication, working capital finance with consortium of bankers, liasoning with banks from proposal to documentation, Liaising with Rating Agencies, any exposure with forex derivative deals is a big plus.
2. Exposure to Corporate Debt Restructuring ( CDR).
3. Providing monthly /Quarterly reports to consortium and term lenders. Handling RBI Compliance for foreign subsidiaries.
4. Must have good presentation skills .Abel to do presentation at lenders meeting, Investor presentation, Board meeting presentation, top management presentation.
5. Must have exposure to QIP(Qualified Institutional Placement).Must have handled documentation .( Placement document listed on stock exchanges) till book building exercise. Must be aware of RBI compliance related to QIP.
6. Investor Relations: Represent company during interaction with analysts/investors. Arranging Analyst/Investor meet on Quarterly basis. Arranging Stakeholders meetings with top Management.
