Job Description:

1. Very Good Knowledge of ISO Procedures of IMS Systems
2. Knowledge of High Performance Concrete of M50/M60 and above (Mandatory)
3. Must have experience of various testing procedures, designs of various mixes like Concrete Mixes, etc.
4. Should be familiar with quality control procedures laid down in relevant specifications.
5. All Structural Concreting works , Prestressing Works, Road & Runway works, Management Representative: Conducted Project Management 
6. Incoming materials for the projects checked; Concrete Mix Design made; Concrete production quality control, etc. 
7. Coordinating the material procurement department for procurement of quality material.
8. Allocate qualified Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.
9. Cement Test: Fineness, Consistency, Initial & Final setting time, Soundness & Filling of Cement Mortar cubes. 
10. Fine Aggregates: Gradation, Silt Content, & specific gravy. 
11. Hardcore knowledge of Concrete Mix Design Technology 
12. Concrete: Gradation, Slump Test, Compressive Strength Test & Flexural Strength Test. 
13. Knowledge of ISO 9001,14001,18001 systems.
