Job Description:

1. To be responsible for providing Construction Schedule for site execution and tracking the same for monitoring the progress.
2. To work closely with Project Head /Construction Head to understand work packages, detail out Construction Schedule, make the Site Execution Team aware about time line.
3. To be responsible to prepare and update of trackers for Drawings, Procurement packages, etc.
4. To update construction schedule and present schedule overview to Construction Head & Project Head and incorporate changes to keep project on track.
5. To work out & Maintain Micro Plan to each Contract packages for necessary resources & Material requirements to achieve the Mile stone of the Schedule on regular weekly basis.
6. To Manage Material Management from site angle.
7. To Work out options with resource plan to keep project within the agreed Schedule.
8. To work out options for Site Logistics Plan in coordination with the Project Head / Construction Head to achieve the Master Schedule.
9. To bring to the notice of the Construction Head/Project Head and Planning Head (HO) on any deviations of Drawings/Specifications etc., with respect to Schedule/Cost.
10. To prepare periodic reports of Weekly progress, Monthly MIS, Reviews, Cost analysis and other reports as and when required ensuring timely data integration in accordance with Company's policy and requirement.
11. To detail out the approved Cost plan, Schedule & Material Plan entries in SAP, Maintain and Monitoring the Schedules/Budgets of the Project. 
12. To track the scope of variations happening from time to time and prepare the reports on Cost & Time implications of the project.
13. To track schedules submitted by the contractor and send timely alerts to the contractor regarding impending delays due to Material, Machinery, Manpower and other resources.
14. To maintain Legal documents at site as part of the statutory compliance & document control
15. Monthly reports to Architects & Consultants with requirement of related drawings as and when required
16. To prepare progress reports for JV Partner & Contractor Performance Evaluation Report.
17. To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Construction Head/Project Head/Planning Head /Management from time to time. 
18. In case of Emergency/Exigent has to substitute for Billing Engineer.
