Job Description:

1. Quantity surveying and Preparation of BOQ 
2. Preparing BOQ of civil work and finishing works
3. Business analysis- working out cost to completion, NPV, IRR
4. Rate analysis
5. Obtaining quotations from subcontractors and vendors
6. Preparation of comparison statement of quotations
7. Preparing CSQ
8. Subcontractor finalization
9. Contract administration of multiple residential, commercial and industrial projects 
10. Floating RFQ and preparing CSQ for various construction plant and machinery, lifts and escalators
