Job Description:

1. Handled Confidently RCC STRUCTURES, finishing works that includes specifications like Marble flooring, Marble adoring, Granite Flooring, Tiling works, false ceiling works
2. Execute all type of Finishing work at site and Calculating of quantities all materials related to finishing works
3. Excellent experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Site Inspection, supervising & co-coordinating with suppliers, contractors, clients on day-to-day basis for material, quality and time schedule. Technical Coordination from site execution team, sub-contractors, other departments,
4. Able to handle projects independently and deliver projects in time with quality and safety
5. Clients and Customers handling ability
6. B.Tech/B.E.(Civil) with 6 - 12 years of experience in Finishing function.
7. Should be preferable to have contracting background
8. High rise Building experience mandatory.
