Job Description:
Quantity Surveyor: (Roads/Bridges/Highway/Railways)

1. To have control on BoQs based on drawing released for construction.
2. To prepare the interim payment certificates for onward submission to the client, taking their certification and realization of the payment. 
3. Major responsibilities and function: 
4. In coordination with the field engineers, collect information on the works being executed and compilation of all the works completed and prepare the interim payment certificates for onward submission to the client and realization of the same. 
5. Also, to check the bills submitted by sub-contractors reconciling the free issue materials and recommend for the payments, accordingly.
6. Visit Site locations at frequent intervals to assess the quantum of various works done by the subcontractor.

Work Experience / Education:
BE / B. Tech in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering from State and Central Technical Boards / Universities with 3 to 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying of Large Value Civil Projects involving Highways, Railways including Bridges, etc.,
Working Experience in Auto-cad and Software related to Estimation & Costing is essential.
Certification from NICMAR is preferable.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 Years
