Job Description:

1. Responsible for Quality Control Inspection, sampling and testing for various construction works from waterproofing, structural, concrete works, finishes, structural steel and architectural works.
2. Plan, Organize,Staff, Check, Verify, Recheck and Measure for Quality. Establish and maintain site laboratory and testing procedures.
3. Monitor, Evaluate & Report QC performance, Record QC lapses & provide preventive solution, Track rework goals, Evaluate current practices and recommend improvements, Attend Project Progress meetings Conduct/Attend internal and external project meetings.
4. Establish material control testing requirements. Establish and maintain a computerized database for the compilation of materials testing results produced. Inspect/review the material criteria and sources. Check and approve the suitability of proprietary materials for incorporation into the works. Review the materials testing methods and operations. Provide materials advice to the site supervisory teams and operations.
