1.Manager: Civil /Architecture/ Mechanical

1. 10+ year's production experience in design, drafting and engineering services
2. Strong project Management skills 
3. Time management skills (Critical Path Analysis). 
4. AutoCad training and experience 
5. 3D software knowledge and experience (preferably proficient in Revit) 
6. Mathematically inclined 
7. Must have an in-depth working knowledge in the architecture sector with the emphasis on timely project delivery 
8. Effective communication skills,in written and spoken English. 
9. Enthusiastically willing to adopt new technologies and software. 
10. Ability to work under pressure and invariable circumstances 
11. Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM 

2. Asst. Manager:Civil /Architecture/Mechanical

1. Architectural training, experience and the ability to view drawings or situations 3 dimensionally. 
2. In hand experience on Revit software , Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software 
3. Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM & Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently. 
4. Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards. & Sound knowledge and experience with reading drawings and understanding problems 
5. Ability to maintain communication and coordinate with all clients. Ability to work in a Team. & Ability to grasp systems - e.g. OPM and PMS. 

3.Senior Draftsperson:

1. Experience: 3 Year + in architecture and Autocad 
2. Location: Pune & Bangalore
3. Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required or Desirable: 
4. AutoCAD training and experience 
5. Diploma or ITI in Civil, Architecture/ Mechanical 
6. Mathematically inclined 
7. Architectural training, experience and the ability to create drawings or situations 3 dimensionally 
8. Preference: - Civil diploma holder 

4.Piping Engineer:

1. Experience: 1 Year + in Auto Cad 
2. Location: Pune
3. Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required or Desirable: 
4. AutoCAD training and experience 
5. Diploma or ITI in Civil, Architecture/ Mechanical 
6. Mathematically inclined
