Job Description:

1. Must have extensive hands-on experience in architecture, construction, planning, project management and coordination, in the Indian market place with Interior designing and detailing of common and core areas, plan rendering, sales plan and various working drawing also site visit for cross verification of drawings.
2. Overview, monitor and manage the developments of plans, conceptual sketches, elevations and architectural details that illustrate the design intent and use of materials.
3. Prepares production schedules, interior materials management, product processing management, ensures the adherence of deadlines, coordination with designs, purchase and sales support.
4. Conduct quality assurance reviews at scheduled project intervals to monitor the design progress and quality.
5. Complete familiarization of BY-LAWS to conduct quality assurance.
