The know-how for optimizing detailed design of the process units within the Frames Group requires highly skilled specialists, which Frames India has organized in the following departments: Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical, Process, Piping, Structural & Project management.
Job Description

1. Make calculations and basic designs of complete systems or components of a system
2. Responsible for detail structural analysis & design of onshore and offshore type projects.
3. Responsible for structural design of Operating, Lifting & Transportation conditions.
4. Responsible for the detailed design report with relevant connection design to include.
5. Review and assess of both internal and external calculations and designs
6. Make specification review for the client specifications and countries standard documents.
7. Prepare BOD (Basis of Design) for the Structural inputs considered for design.
8. Make assumptions for projects when required to suite the project deadline requirements.
9. Responsible for the steel connection design for shear and moment types
10. During fabrication process and delivery of the systems:
11. Provide technical support or participate with the construction team.
12. Provide cost effective solutions for the site problems.
13. After delivery of the system, participate in meetings for any troubleshooting actions that may be required
14. Responsible for checking engineering documentation of the structural design and drawings.
15. Takes ownership of design and decides on details where required
16. BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Civil / Structural with at least 2 - 6 years of relevant work experience.
17. Structural analysis and design capability
18. Steel connection design in Eurocode, America and British code
19. Well versed with codes IS, AISC, API, API, DNV and NORSOK
20. Design exposure with STAAD-Pro
21. Navisworks proficiency
22. AUTO CAD Proficiency
