Job Description:

1. Analyse IT and Telecom requirements for new sourcing needs while collaborating closely with the customers 
2. Ensure legal compliance by ensuring good and well negotiated supplier contracts
3. Create bidding documentation (Request for Proposal / Requirement Presentation)
4. Contact potential suppliers for new requests 
5. Evaluate vendor proposals on total cost of ownership, value-adding, risk and sustainability 
6. Draft, establish and / or adapt contract agreements 
7. Supplier relationship and contract management 
8. Apply the purchasing processes/ purchase policies and safeguard they are properly followed and compliant with the Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct
9. Steer and guide team in their project team working with all other departments and suppliers in order to meet the project requirements on cost, time, logistics and quality
10. Manage IT and Telecom inventory 
11. Ensure issues relating to vendors billing are sorted on timely basis and correct data is submitted to Finance on regular basis
12. Responsible for customer meetings and customer contacts
13. Ensure frequent communication with our internal customers on an operational level
14. Manage two IT sourcing resources efficiently to realize set objectives.
15. IT Purchase Team Leader reports to Regional manager 
16. IT literate
17. Higher education or relevant experience in Purchasing
