Job Description:

1. Candidates with BE/ B.Tech or Diploma in Civil only are eligible to apply
2. Maintain and implement construction proforma / budget for each project
3. Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
4. Create scopes of work
5. Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment for jobs
6. Meet subcontractors and suppliers on-site as necessary
7. Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations
8. Ensure accurate takeoffs to ensure budgets are accurate
9. Research new materials for design and cost savings
10. Maintain subcontractor and supplier insurance policies
11. Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process
12. simplification
13. Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
14. Establish new relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adequate resources for all
15. projects and to continually improve pricing and quality of work
16. Assist in ensuring awareness and company compliance to all building codes and local construction
17. guidelines
18. Assist in maintaining company quality control program
19. Leverage technology, safety measures, and information sharing to increase productivity and profitability
20. Assist in settling invoice or contract disputes
21. Handle change order requests
22. Forecast upcoming demand
23. Maintain sub/supplier information on company online management systems
24. Manage materials/equipment inventory
