- The candidate will work in the position of Resident Construction Manager, who shall be responsible to carryout execution of medium size brown field / green fields projects in Oil, Gas & Refinery sector.
- The candidate should have worked in an EPCm / EPC Organization with total of 15+ years of experience out of which 5 years in the position of RCM.
- Should be able to strategize the whole construction planning, provide guidance to the assigned personnel, for effectively executing the project construction activities as per the agreed schedule and within cost.
- Should be able to implement required HSE processes at site to ensure a safe working environment and guide all the sub contractors to achieve the target of Zero LTI.
- Ensure seamless co-ordination with Owner's team, Design office and various assigned sub-contractors.
- Facilitate, inter contractor co-ordination to ensure smooth work execution.
- Approve the subcontractor billings inline applicable codes & standards.
- Conduct weekly, monthly review meets with contractors along with owner's participation for monitoring the work progress and developing required catch up strategies to achieve project completion.
