Requirement for Project Manager Construction Projects in HCC is a business group of global scale developing and building responsible infrastructure through next practices. With an engineering heritage of nearly 100 years, HCC has executed a majority of India's landmark infrastructure projects, having constructed 25% of India's Hydel Power generation and over 50% of India's Nuclear Power generation capacities, over 3,300 lane km of Expressways and Highways, more than 200 km of complex Tunneling and over 324 Bridges.
Job Description:

1. Studying Contract of various Projects and preparation of salient features and Contract Appreciation Document.
2. Study of Contract Agreement and contractual communications; and identify areas of disputes
3. Identification & Preparation of Claims and process.
4. Handled EPC Contracts 
5. Knowledge of FIDIC Contracts.
6. Maintaining Contractual correspondences and documentation in view of raising Potential Claims.
7. Tracking Site correspondence to identify contractual requirements / issues requiring follow-up action.
8. Highlighting the favorable and unfavorable conditions of contract for mitigation of foreseen risks.
9. Contract Administration and Rate analysis . 
10. Timely and detailed reporting of the status of contractual issues to Management.
11. Preparation of case for extension of time as necessary for each project Site and provide assistance till realization of the necessary extension.
12. Dispute Resolution Procedure including invoking relevant contract clauses.
13. Arbitration - Preparation & Submission of Claims , Rejoinders, SOD etc.
14. Experience in Hydro Power Project/ Metro Rail Project/Highways / Irrigation.
15. Candidate should have hands on exp. in handling contracts & claims issues of project sites 
16. Candidate should have exp. in Highways/Underground/Water Projects 
17. Candidate should have exp. in FIDIC Contract
