Job Description: 

1. Collaborates and works closely with Campus Administration and representatives in the planning, development and completion of construction projects for all matters related to FF&E district wide 
2. Serves as liaison between the College, professional architects/engineers and construction firms in overseeing and managing those projects 
3. Performs other duties as assigned Works with project managers, end users and third party vendors to ensure that the scope of work specific to FF&E is completed in a timely manner
4. Directs all activities related to the bid process, state requirements for quotes and processing of purchase orders 
5. Reviews floor plans and product specifications provided by design consultants to ensure they meet applicable requirements, such as ADA regulations, and College standards 
6. Prepares reports and maintains logs on projects related with procurement of all furniture, fixture and equipment for all College minor and major capital projects 
7. Schedules and coordinates with various trades for the installation of products and budget tracking for all FF&E 
8. Provides estimates and issues work orders to meet project FF&E budget and deadlines
9. Collaborates with the Purchasing Department in the bidding and procurement procedures 
10. Reviews and coordinates procurement packages prepared by design consultants 
11. Creates standards and procedures and researches data and selection of products required for interior finishes and furniture installation
