Job description:

1. Plan & schedule the Preventive maintenance for effective & continuous running of the plant. Attend the breakdown maintenance on top priority
2. Troubleshooting & Down time analysis with key focus on root cause analysis for reducing machinery downtimes to ensure smooth production.
3. Spares Management, inventory control
4. Automation of machines will help to improve the Productivity and Quality of the Product
5. Vendor development for service & for maintenance job
6. Project at Hosur Site- Planning, Installation and Commissioning
7. Maintain the Building (Civil) & Equipment at Site.
8. Comply to ISO / SMT Lean / EHS of Plant & Machinery related Requirement
9. Implement the TPM of SMT Business System
10. Implement & Maintain 5S
11. Skill and Knowledge in Plant maintenance (mechanical & electrical)
12. Project management & Execution
13. Effective management of Resources
14. Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards is an added advantage
15. Good Leadership capabilities to lead projects to successful completion and must be able to work independently.
16. Should be strong in analytic and critical thinking skills
17. Must have Good English Communication in speaking & writing. Speaking skill of Local Language preferred.
18. Must have strong supervisory skills to interact with employees in the department.
19. Good knowledge in problem solving by using appropriate tools.
