Job Description

1. All works from start till end of an interior fit-out project
2. Fluent in English (Mandatory as we require Sales/BRD to be done)
3. Must be able to act as a project manager and as a site manager when required
4. Must be well versed and familiar with handling documents and basic computer skills
5. Must be able to meet the Clients for various meetings during the course of the project
6. Must be able to prepare a BOQ for a project of 15,000 sq ft size
7. Research capability of and for materials
8. Research capability of market rates
9. Vendor management
10. Invoicing management
11. Management of manpower on site
12. BOQ management (received from vendors)
13. Meeting Clients for meetings when required
14. PMC meetings if required
15. Handling and preparation of handover documents
16. Capex and other required works
