Job Description :

1. Preparation of project plan & project budget 
2. Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources
3. Plans resources, Arrangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan
4. Monitors construction schedule & highlight anticipated delays/deviancies in advance
5. To prepare method statement & submits to clients/consultants for approval
6. To prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work
7. To conduct progress review meetings at fixed intervals.
8. To analyze the gaps between the planned Vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for action of the project team.
9. Candidate should have relevant exp. in roads, tunnel, hydro etc.
10. Candidate should have hands on exp. in Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting etc
11. Candidate must have working knowledge of MS Project- Knowledge of Primavera is desired.
